Welcome to the National Agricultural Olympiad 2024! By registering for or participating in the Olympiad, you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read these terms carefully as they outline your rights and responsibilities as a participant.

Acceptance of Terms

By registering for the National Agricultural Olympiad 2024, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions, as well as any rules and guidelines provided during the event. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from registering or participating in the Olympiad.

Eligibility

Participants must fall into one of the following categories:

• Junior Class: Students of Classes 6 to 8.
• Secondary Class: Students of Classes 9 to 10.
• Higher Secondary Class: Students of Classes 11, 12, or HSC candidates.

Registration and Participation

• Participants must complete the registration process by the specified deadline.
• Registration fees, if applicable, are non-refundable once paid.
• The organizers reserve the right to verify all registration information and may disqualify participants for providing false or incomplete details.

Rights & Restrictions

• Participants are granted access to course materials and event sessions specific to their category.
• The access to materials is non-transferable and limited to the registered participant only.
• Materials provided during the Olympiad, including video sessions, are for personal use only and must not be shared, reproduced, or distributed without prior permission.
• The organizers reserve the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel any aspect of the event in case of unforeseen circumstances.

Code of Conduct

• Participants are expected to maintain a respectful and positive attitude toward other participants, mentors, and organizers.
• Any form of misconduct, cheating, or disruptive behavior may result in immediate disqualification.
• Participants must adhere to all instructions and guidelines provided by the organizers throughout the Olympiad.

Prizes and Recognition

• Winners will be determined based on the criteria established by the Olympiad’s judges and organizers.
• Prizes and awards are non-transferable and must be claimed within the specified timeframe.
• In case of a tie or dispute, the decision of the organizers will be final and binding.

Liability

• The organizers will not be held responsible for any technical issues, internet disruptions, or unforeseen events that affect participation.
• The organizers are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during participation in the event or associated activities.

Privacy Policy

By registering, participants agree to the collection and use of their personal information for event-related purposes. The organizers are committed to protecting participants’ privacy and will not share personal information with third parties without consent.

Changes to Terms

The organizers reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any significant changes through the official Olympiad communication channels.
